Firm Ground/ Artificial Grass

PUMA offers a hybrid Firm Ground & Artificial Grass outsole on their FG/AG cleat. These cleats are great for an introduction to soccer.

Turf Training

Turf Trainers are for thin artificial turf. There are more studs on this shoe that are not as deep as FG/AG studs. Turf Trainers can also be used on natural grass when it is dry.

Indoor Training

Indoor Trainers have a rubber outsole which is used for hard surfaces and courts to play indoor soccer. These typically look more like a street shoe than a soccer cleat.
