Q1: After I received the goods, the shoes did not light up, what's the matter?

A: Our shoes are fully charged and checked before leaving the warehouse. However, during transportation, the switch may be accidentally touched, causing the shoes to run out of power. Just fully charge it.

Q2: I can't find where the charging port is?

A: The charging port is under the Velcro, you can see it by opening the Velcro.

Front wheel installation

Press the wheel firmly into the groove, and use a small wrench to pry out the wheel when disassembling.

Light switch

The position of the light switch is under the Velcro on the inside of the shoe.

Release the rear wheel

Press the button on the heel to release the wheel. Be careful to open the cover of the rear wheel before pressing the button. To retract the wheel, you need to press the button while pressing the rear wheel to retract.
